What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a tiered cancellation policy designed to be fair to both guests and our scheduling:

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the rental amount
  • Within 14 days: Non-refundable

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment for any non-refundable portion.

How does payment work?

When you book directly through this site, you'll receive a secure payment link via email. We accept all major credit cards, and payment is processed through Stripe — a PCI-compliant, industry-standard payment processor.

For most bookings, a deposit of 50% is due at booking with the remainder due 30 days before check-in. Full-payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $300–$500 (depending on property) is held and released within 7 days of check-out.

What's included in my stay?

Par 4 Coast is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Included with your booking:

  • All beds made with fresh linens at check-in
  • One full set of towels per guest
  • Starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner
  • Starter paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils
  • All utilities (electric, water, WiFi, streaming TV)
  • All amenities listed on this site

You should bring your own toiletries for longer stays, any specialty food items, and beach/outdoor gear.

How does check-in work?

We use a contactless self-check-in process. You'll receive a detailed check-in message 24 hours before your arrival with your unique door code or smart lock instructions, parking information, WiFi credentials, and any property-specific instructions. No key exchange or meeting needed — arrive at your convenience after check-in time.

Can I book for a large group or special event?

Par 4 Coast is perfect for groups up to the listed maximum occupancy. If you have a special event (birthday, bachelorette, family reunion, etc.), please let us know in advance — we want to make sure everything is set up for you. Note that events or gatherings exceeding the registered guest count require prior written approval and may incur an additional event fee.
